Office of the General Manager

The Office of the General Manager (OGM) is the central office of the Mabalacat Water District. This office supervises and controls the overall operations of the water district. It coordinates with the other departments and other agencies as well to strictly monitor the accomplishment of work activities and the implementation of projects.

In terms of personnel, this office is supported by the Executive Assistant, Private Secretary, Internal Control Officer and Clerk; Also part of this office is the MIS Section whose main task is to strengthen the information management through modern computer and network communication technology and provide timely systematized information to the management to make correct decisions.

In addition to the regular employees appointed under the OGM, is the Public Information and Awareness Committee (PIAC), a committee created to provide necessary information to its consumers and the public in general on the plans and programs of MWD.  Further, it initiates community involvement projects regularly.
